Warrant issued for Ohio mass shooting suspect; photo released of suspected second shooter

Troendle says the shooting stemmed from a dispute between two rival groups that led to a physical altercation and, ultimately, an exchange of gunfire. Troendle stopped short of calling the groups “gangs”.
