Fresh Celery Detox Drink

How to do it  :

Wash all ingredients thoroughly. Chop the celery into small pieces. Blend the celery with water until smooth. Add lime juice and ginger. Blend again. Strain if you prefer a smoother consistency (optional). Drink fresh juice.

Celery won’t magically “cleanse” your blood, liver, kidneys, and pancreas in one fell swoop. Your body already has built-in detoxification systems (the liver and kidneys are the real MVPs). But… celery is super refreshing, hydrating, and good for digestion. So let’s create a real, healthy version, instead of a gimmicky one.

When to drink: In the morning on an empty stomach or between meals.

What it actually helps with:  ✔ Hydration,  ✔ Digestion  ✔ , Reduces bloating,  ✔ Provides antioxidants,  ✔ Supports overall health. But it’s not a cure, is it? If someone has liver or kidney problems, they need proper medical care—not just juice.
