SC woman accused of five-year SNAP benefits fraud

DORCHESTER COUNTY, S.C. —

A South Carolina woman is accused of fraudulently receiving Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits for five years.

Timesha Danielle Fleming, 34, of Dorchester County, is accused of receiving $76,502 in benefits.

An arrest warrant said between Aug. 1, 2020 and Nov. 30, 2025, Fleming “intentionally failed to report gross earned income from her cohabiting husband and her children’s father, Robert Fleming III, from his employment with Publix, as required.”
